is it safe to stay in cosmic guest house with toddler? im traveling with my 2 kids ( ages 4 years old and a 1 year old) thank you.. can you recommend a cheap and good place which is near the park, museum and mall( near MTR and Bus)? also accepts credit card as payment. thank you

Cosmic Guesthouse room is very small. For the location, the Cosmic in Mirador Mansion is good. There are many other hostels and guesthouses in this building. If you want to stay in this building, you can choose one when you get there. For you have toddler with you, suggest you find a better hotel to stay. Think about Shamrock Hotel.
