I am leaving for Daqing on 3 Sept 2010 till 6 Sept 2010 for conference. Is the airport ready by then flying from Beijing? Where can I go for Moslem restaurant in Daqing? What is the temperature during my stay? How much do I have to spend per day (excluding lodging). Thank you.
