About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Hi, I know there is a China immigration rules for passport validity of at least 6 months but is it 6 months from the day we enter China or is it 6 months from the day we depart from Beijing?
May I know if it would be a problem if my passport expiry date is on 13 March 2011 while I will be going for 8 days tour to Beijing from 11 Sept 2010 until 18 Sept 2010 departs from Singapore Changi Airport?
Thanks

No,Susan, it is 6 months from the date you submit your application. Don't worry, your passport is ok for use.
