The average temperature is from 19℃ to 29℃ in Sep. It is cool. Thus you need not heavy wear. You can wear long-sleeved shirt or T-shirt and bring one or two jacket. In addition, typhoon may bring heavy rain in Sep. You'd better take an umbrella with you.
