About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi, I have family members going with me to Shanghai and it will be their first time to apply for a visa. Do they still need to submit nbi clearance for travel abroad if they have already obtained visas in other countries such as the US and Japan? Thank you.

Yes, they still need to submit NBI clearance for travel abroad if it is the first time for them to go to China.
