About:Hongkong Attractions

I will be visiting Hong Kong for the 1st time from 10 sep to 13 sep 2010.
It's gonna be a 4D3N trip, staying in metropark hotel kowloon. Other than the HALF DAY CITY TOUR on the 2nd day upon arrival, we might have much leisure time on the 3rd day n the 1st half of 4th day before heading back.
Hence, would you please suggest some must-go-attractions, that are pretty easy-accessible?
We did some studies through the transportation map of hong kong, feeling rather blurred of the enormous amount of different exits and lines of subways.
We wondered if we can arrange a trip at night to enjoy the night scenery of hong kong, a day trip to ocean park, and perhaps to some of the popular shopping spots that we cant miss in our trip planning? Thanks.

Metro system in Hong Kong is very convenient but it seems Metropark Hotel Kowloon is not very close to MTR station. It is close to Mongkok, so you can do some shopping there, including Lady's Street. So, you can take bus to Oceam Park in the south of Hong Kong island. Find Man Kee Mansion opposite your hotel and then take bus 113 to Pacific Place Hong Kong, Admiralty. Then walk bit forward to Lippo Center. Take BUs 629 to Ocean Park. From Admiralty, you can get to Victoria Peak.
