I work in HK and I would like to go to Shenzhen from Huanggang border. Can I get the visa on arrival?

You can't get the visa on arrival, since May 1, 2010, Our French nationals can't apply for the visa on arrival in China. This news was posted on its official website.

I'm not a French national. I'm holding Indonesian passport. Is the Visa on Arrival only issues in Lo Wu and Shekou?

yes, it is possible for you to apply for a visa on arrival at Lo Wu or Shekou
