If that cost me HKD 200 from Lantau to shenzhen by ferry. How much if I take MTR from Kowloon to Shenzhen ? Would that be cheaper ?

That would be much cheaper. For the MTR from Hung HOm to Luohu costs only 33HKD. It also costs 33HKD for you to take airport bus A21 from HKIA to Hung Hom. It takes longer time. So, even if you take airport express (90HKD) to Kowloon then taxi (50HKD I guess) to Hung Hom station, it is cheaper than ferry, faster than airport bus.
