About:China Train

Hi,
I am planning to travel in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing and back Shanghai from10 Dec 2010 to 19 Dec 2010.
May I know how to travel by train? Which is the best way to do it and the cost, time of each train? May I know the train station I am suppose to be?
