About:China Work Visa

Hello,

I came to China to study chines, but now I want to work here in Shanghai and the employer told me, for they need to change my visa, to student for Z visa, and I should have 2 years with experience working after my graduation in college. Is that true? Because I had 5 years the experience working ( 2 years with Hired and 3 years with Intern) while I was studying at University. Is not valid?

Yes, it is true that the 2 years of working experience after graduation is required for work permit application, your 5 years working experience while you were studying in university is not valid.
