About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am singaporean, my mom (singapore citizen) aged 78 is going to visit relative in china, I am applying the VISA for her. She is planning to stay at my uncle's house, do we need to provide any documents on the relationship ? if yes, what are the document required ?

Application for visiting family or friends should provide certificate of relationship, you need to provide the document which can prove their relationship.
