About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

Hi there! I have a residence permit expiring on 28th August. I left Beijing in July, now returning to settle some things and fly out for good on 2nd September. I will arrive in Beijing on 27th August. What can I do to avoid a lot trouble, since I will leave five days after my residence permit expires? Would it help to go to PSB on 27th August just after my arrival and ask them for help?

Many thanks for your support!!!
Susanne

You can go to PSB in Beijing on 27th August after arrival and apply for a L visa, generally valid for 10 days, it is Ok for you to exit China on 2nd September.
