About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello and good day! I plan to visit HK next month for 6 days to meet a friend from USA. I have heard that I will need to have invitation letter from resident of HK, since I don't know anyone there and I will just be meeting a friend from USA and see sight seeings, what documents should I provide? and How much money in hand should I have? do i need to show a bank certificate or cash? I hope to hear from you soon. You're reply will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A Hk visa is not required for Filipino who visit Hong Kong for less than 14 days.
