You spend the first day at the Peak, sightseeing there and visit Madame Tussauds, after that, you can tour around Central and there is the famous Lan Kuai Fong which gathered the most pubs in Hong Kong.

The second day you can go to Disneyland, take MTR to Disneyland Station.

Third day go to Ngong Ping, take the cable car and visit the Giant Buddha, if you still have time, you can either go to Tai O for sightseeing or Tung Chung for Shopping.

The forth day go to Ocean Park, if you still have time, you can go to Repulse Bay or Stanley Market from there.

Hey, you can go to Ocean Park, the Peak and Madame Tussauds all in one day, thus you'll have one day left, and that day you can go to Macau by ferry.
