About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi, I am currently in china with L visa.

Now there is a company that wants to hire me. They said after I get the work permit (which they will provide) I would need to goto Hongkong to get the work visa.

Could I get work visa in korea? I have an american passport, currently with L visa.

thanks

Now, if you want to apply for China visa in Korea, you should have a valid Alien Registration Card valid for at least 6 months, otherwise, your application will be denied. Therefore, it is better for you to go to Hong KOng to apply for China work visa.
