I'm afraid that you can't get a Hong Kong visa in Hong Kong once your visa expires, however, there is another option, you can go to Macau when your Hk visa expires, then go to Hk for 14 days visa free period, when the 14 days visa free period will expire, you can go to Macau again, then return to Hk, however, the tragedy happened in Manila on 23rd August, 2010, maybe Filipino are hard to go to Hk.
