About:How to Get to Yangshuo

Very useful guide. I have a more general question...do taxi drivers/raft owners understand any English (written or spoken) or is mandarin needed?

There are not much taxi drivers and draft owners who speak English, but there are many tour guide, and most of them can speak fluent English.
