does anyone know about acesite knutford hotel??

Does anyone know about acesite knutford hotel?? I hear the hotel is locate on 5th-13th floor. And I want to know what is 1st-4th floor used for? and to reach that hotel we must walk up right? How far?

It seems that the other floors are used as restaurants and pub, it is around 10 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station to the hotel, just walk along Observatory Road.
