About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Im having Business chinese Visa....i have my overstay for 1 day in shanghai,as the duartion of each stay was only 30 days, so do i have to pay fine or something?? or the authorities just give warning...?? n moreoevr if someone has no cash to pay fine, then what gonna happen?

If you apologize for your 1 day overstay in China wholeheartedly, maybe the police just gives your warning, the fine is 500 RMB per day overstay. Most of Chinese immigration officers are kind, they won't baffle you on purpose, please don't irritate them.
