For cheaper living places, I think Mirador Mansio, Chung King Mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui and Sincere House in Mongkok are good choice, because there are many hostels and guesthouses inside the three building. You can get there first and choose one to stay, even not necessary to make reservation. Mirador is the best located, just above the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. You are arriving Hong Kong 9:30 am first day. It will be about 11am when you get to the downtown. Or you should bring lugguage to Macay by ferry from Hong Kong Airport directly. So, I think Macau is better to be arrange in the other day. You can visit Victoria Peak, Victoria Harbor on ferry and Avenue of Star in stead. At 8pm at night, you can see Symphony of Light show in the Harbor of on the ferry. Leave earlier the next day to Macau. There are ferry after midnight from Macau Marine Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong. So, you can have fun there for the whole day. I have no idea if Disneyland and Ocean Park are in your plan. Anyway, Disneyland will take one day. You can see Big Buddha in Nging Ping or Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung in the morning before Disneyland. Repulase Bay, Stanley Market can be arrange in one day. When you get back to Central from those two places in later afternoon or at night, you can get around Central to see Lan Kwai Fang and SoHo (famous food district). Half a day is enough for Ocean Park, Then you can get back to Mongkok to do some shopping. Hope this is helpful to you.
