About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

We are going to shanghai and beijing on Nov 9 2010, when is the best time to get our visa?

You'd better apply for China visa in September or early October. A single-entry visa is valid for 3 months, if you apply for China too late, you don't have time to get it or have to apply for rush service by paying extra fees.
