Mr.Embassy(Philippines) replied:

If you go straight to the embassy and apply there, they will only require you a bank certificate with at least PhP 50,000. Travel agencies usually require much more deposit value in your bank certificates.

so what is the real amount that should be presented to the embassy to get a china visa? I can not contact the numbers posted on their website are does not help, no one is picking up.

I know generally the rate is 100 USD per day. If you are supposed to live in China for not more than 30 days on a tourist visa, then PhP 50,000 is not enough. PhP300,000 should be reasonable.
