what's the best way to get to Star Ferry Terminal (im going to Victoria Peak) from Park Hotel-Chatham road.

You can take bus 5C from Chatham South Road to Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Terminal. Then take ferry to Central. Then take bus 15 to the top of the Peak.
