I am a Film Maker based in Buea-Cameroon. I have been selected amongst 7 African Young Film Makers to take Part in a 15day workshop at the end of which Each of us will do a short Film. The Project is called "Raiding Africa" and "African Directors to Produce Films The Asian Way". I am the only one Representing Cameroon, and the project is sponsored by the International Film Festival Rotterdam "IFFR" and the Beijing Film Achedemy.It is a project that concerns the Strong Afro-China Brotherhood. They are sponsoring every thing of mine including Lodging,Round Trip Ticket, and some allowances for my 15 days in China. I also have Letters sent to me which I have to present to the Chinese Embassy in Yaounde. But This is my Problem. There has been a delay in the Issue of my Pasport at the DPF in yaounnde. If I Have it not early enough, can I have an urgent chinese Visa ?
