Dear Mr gadaffi, As at this moment,the embassy of federal republic of Nigeria may effectively issue the new E passport,which to my understanding...all applicants need to do is go to the embassy and fill up an application form,I guess they have the passports produced in some nearby countries sort of,but Nigerians in beijing now get the passport done from our consulate embassy here in beijing.I hope my response answers your questionfrom a Nigerian.

Dear Jeff and Ade, thanks for the answer. I have actually done mine by going to nigerian embassy in malaysia. I am only concerned about numerous nigerians in Cambodia who cannot afford to travel out and we do not have an Embassy here. The Nigerian Embassy in Manila is accreditted to Cambodia and up till now we are yet to get any positive feedback on when the exercise can be done for us.I am already in Contact with the embassy in China and efforts are now being made to come to our aid in cambodia.Thanks
