There are buses from Suzhou to zhouzhuang.
From Zhouzhuang to tongli, there is water way but no public ship. You need to hire one on your own. Or you can share one with others.
There was direct bus from Tongli to shanghai, but it seems has been cancled. If you cannot find it, you may need to go back to shanghai via suzhou or qingpu（青浦）
