From Longhua Temple to Cty God Temple, you can take Subway Line 3 at Longcao Lu Station and change to Subway Line 10 at Hongqiao Lu Station, finally get of Yuyuan Station, there you can visit both City God Temple and Yuyuan Garden, to Shanghai Museum, it is not far, you can take a taxi there. After Shanghai Museum, you can walk to Nanjing Road, it is very close to Shanghai Museum, also, walk along Nanjing Road to the Bund and Oriental Pearl. That is very convenient, the only thing is that I don't know where you would start, since I could tell you the transport from your start point to Longhua Temple, anyway, the Subway in Shanghai is very convenient.
