I guess that you mistake this website as the official website of China embassy in Bangladesh, the visa officer won't see your comments here, now, you'd better contact your counter-part in China through other methods, I don't think that you don't have the contact information (such as email, telephone, fax number)if he is your China counterpart. If your China counterpart can't provide detailed information to you, it is doubtful
