About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

hello, i have friend who was hired to work in china, the company prepared all documents need to apply for her working visa. She is actually pregnant now, will the consulate allow her to get the visa?
I need immediate response. Thank you so much.

Ms.Ruby, I think that the consulate allows her to get a work visa if the visa officer can't see she is pregnant, however, even though she gets the work visa and go to China, I guess that her employer is not happy to pay for her during the pregnancy, childbirth and lactation periods, it is complex for the nationality of baby.

Thank you so much Mrs.Candy..The payment for her pregnancy is not a problem. The company will allow her to go back to the Phil. to born the baby. Do you know some agency that can help her process the visa? Can you help me? Thank you so much...I do appreciate your answer..God bless

Why does she need an agency? I think she should submit her application in person to the embassy.
