I Want to go to Sanya at 20 of September. How will be the weather? Is there are any typhoon?and how many degrees will be  the sea?

It would be hot in September, sometimes it rains, but a T-shirt or a thin coat would do, and the rain won't affect much on you vacation. It is typhoon season but it is rearly happen, if it happen, the weather would be cool and it is more comfortable to swim in the sea. The temperature of the sea water would be more than 20 centigrade.
