About:China Work Visa

Howlong does the PSB give if my previous company cancel my working visa andi am stillin China?Does it give time to process another visa?

first, I want to clarify that if your work visa is still on your passport and it is valid, you can use the work visa to stay in China untill it expires. You don't need to change your work visa into tourist visa. I know that employers like to threaten employees to cancel theirs work visa, in fact, it is complex to cancel the work visa at the PSB, if your employer doesn't have your passport and you always hold your passport, your work visa can't be canceled.

Eevn though your work visa is cancled, the PSB will give 10 days tourist visa to you, then you will have time to pack your baggage and exit China.

My previous employer got my visa and said they will cancel my working permit,then,they told me they will also process cancellation of visa to make it legal. Can i get an F visa so that i can stay more time in china bacause i am already working but the company can't provide me a working visa this time. They promised me after 3months they can process my working visa.What can you advice me?

Mr.Brown, now I understand your situation, your new employer needs to apply for a F visa for you, now, you quit from your previous employer, your new employer has to lead and manage the situation to help you to get a F visa

If you are in beijing now, we can provide the employer for you, to get the Work visa extension for you. now maybe you can change your work visa to the L visa for one month. Or go abroad to apply for a new visa, L or F.so many options, you can choose one, any questions, you can tell me.
