Hi,
My friend is French, she's preparing to travel Shanghai.
And we heard some words says it's really hard for French to come to China now.
Is this ture? Or what can we do to ensure the success of application for L visa?
Expecting for your reply!Thank you!

Yes, the China visa regulations for French nationals tightened began from May 10, 2010, but they can still obtain a China visa if they submit all requirements. Your French friend need to submit the below documents for L visa:
1. round-trip fight tickets
2. hotel reservation
3. certificate of insurance
4. certificate of employment if he is an employed person
or bank certicate if your friend is unemployed
or school ID if he is a student over 18 years old
