About:Getting to Urumqi

Hi!

I'd like to check, if i'm flying from beijing to urumqi to kashgar, how much time do i need at urumqi before i can catch the interconnecting flight?

I see. so if i land in Urumqi at 1145am, I can't catch the 210pm connecting flight to Kashgar?
