About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I want to know if chinese citizens can enter Hong Kong without a Visa, what is required if so. I have a Friend of mine that lives in China and wants to visit Hong Kong.

Chinese citizen need to apply for an Entry Permit of Hong Kong and Macau for Mainland Residents at the local Exit & Enter Department of Public Security Bureau, then apply for Hong Kong visa annotation on the entry permit if they want to visit Hong Kong.
