About:China Visa on Arrival

Sorry, 1 more thing. How fast is the processing time for the visa on arrival?

It takes 10-30 minutes to get the visa on arrival, however, only applicants who hold the letter(s) or telegram(s) from authorized units in China which explains the emergency and allows the applicants to get a visa on arrival can get it, for most of applicants, it is not applicable.

@mr. thomas : do you mean that not everyone can get visa on arrival in Lou hu and shekou border, only for one who hold letter or telegram from authorized units in china? and how to get the letter? i will be travelling to Shenzen with my family on next holiday, so please give me your update info, because i never heard about this before. thanks

Visa on arrival for Shenzhen has strict rules. citizens from some nationalities are not eligible to apply for it. Not only for the latter issue. But as far as I know, the Indonesian passport holders are not included in said above.
