About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, i am holding indonesia passport. I am planning to visit Guangzhou and Shenzhen from HK around mid Sept. Am i able to get visa on arrival for Guangzhou? Can I use the visa travelling from Guangzhou to Shenzhen then back to HK? The total stay in Guangzhou and Shenzhen will be around 4days. How much will the visa cost?
Is it very hard and troublsome to get the visa on arrival? I heard that there are difficulties in getting visa on arrival. Is it true? Also few friends suggested to get visa earlier in home country instead.

Ms.Yahkid, you can't get a visa on arrival for Guangzhou, it is possible for you to get a 5 days visa on arrival in Shenzhen, however, you can't use the visa to go to Guangzhou, therefore, the best way is to apply for a China visa in advance in your home country.

Yes, you can apply for a Shenzhen visa on arrival at port, it allows you to stay in Shenzhen for 5 days only. If you want to visit Guangzhou, or other places in China. You'd better apply for a visa to China in advance trough the Chinese embassy in your country. With thatChina visa, you can go anywhere you want to in China.
