About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi, I have a F visa which is going to expire soon, the 31st of august 2010.
A company wants to give me a Z working visa, but they told me I need to leave China and make the application in my homeland or in overseas Chinese cosulate/embassy.
My question is: can I do it in Hong Kong or should I go back to Italy, which is my country?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Cris

Thanks! I kept getting told about a two year work experience requirement in a lot of provinces, but everyone had a different idea of what the law actually is. So I hope it's not an issue! Thanks again

It is not necessary to go abroad, just change your f visa to Z visa without leaving China mainland. And the Z visa process needs 2 years working refrence letter abroad.

Hi Cris, the answer is yes from my pass experiences. Hong Kong would be the best place to apply for the working visa outside China. Hong Kong is travelable via train or bus sewrvices depends on where you are loacated in China.
