I would like to ask about my serious problem, i am overstayed in china for almost 3 years and i really want to go back to my country but im afraid to go to jail. and im willing to pay the penalty. if i pay the penalty they will put me to jail? and how many days if they put me to jail? im really afraid. and if i have a chance to comeback in china? please...! reply asap. thanks!
