hi good morning, I would like to ask about my serious problem, i am overstayed in china for almost 3 years and i really want to go back to my country but im afraid to go to jail. and im willing to pay the penalty. if i pay the penalty they will put me to jail? and how many days if they put me to jail? im really afraid. and if i have a chance to comeback in china? please...! reply asap. thanks!

If you pay the penalty, 5000 RMB, you won't be put into the jail, but you will be asked to exit China within 10 days. However, in the following 3-5 years, you are not permitted to enter China again for your 3 years overstay in Mainland China.
