About:How to Buy Tickets

I am traveling from Beijing to Shanghai Saturday October 9. How soon can I buy tickets on the D321 train? When I tried it shows that from Oct 1 to Oct 11 there is no availability on this train or any other train. Why?

The website does not offer booking service for train tickets during the National Holidays. You would better buy the tickets at the train station about 10 days before your departure.
