Hi i'm going to Guangzhou on 23rd August. I know that to buy wholesale for clothing better going to Zhan Xi Lu and Zhong Shan Ba Lu. What I need to know are they any good budget hotel nearby those area and serve halal food? or probably nearby halal food shop. Please assist. And do i need translator to deal with the seller? if i do, how much it going to cost me. thanks
