Question

I am Indian working in Guangzhou,but my visa is business visa(F visa...6months),two times i applied for the work visa but the immigration dept of GZ reject it.Wen talk with the officials i came to know that the only problem is my nationality, the Chinese govt didn't issue the permanent residential permit to Indian. so next time its better to apply the visa in India, so i wil get an one year or two year work visa...If this information is correct. pls tell me the procedure  & how long it wil take, i also want to attach my baby with my visa

Mrs.sheny, I agree with you, it is hard for Indian nationals to change F visa into Z visa directly, they had better apply for China work visa in India, then apply for Temporary Residence Permit at the local police station within 30 days after entry.If you want to apply for China work visa in New Delhi or Mumbai, you have to apply for it through the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
