for the big size -you can go to the liuhua fashion garment wholesale market.and fuli cloth wholesale. and the markets at zhanxi road.....

If you just want to wholesale you could go to the clothes market near the railway station, but also have some shops near garden hotel, maybe you could be there to have a look.
