pleas i need help uragent
i have shepment made from china post office in gguangzhou to riyadh sauda arabia dated in 26/06/2010 when i trak it i foned it stoped at china post office but i cannt reach any persone to ask way or what can i do and the phone number for traking ems (11186)cannt be reaced from my cantery so please tell me what can i do the tracking number for my shep ment is(cp204401818cn) thankyou to all

The number begining with CP is not EMS. You can call the person who sent the package to you at local post office. Or call 11185, not 11186.
