where can I find women fashion wholesale like dress & tops?
and also where do I go to if I want to make my own design? what is the pricing like..

You may find them in Baima Clothes Wholesale Mall.

There are many women fasion wholesale markets in Guangzhou.Such as Baima(白马),Shisanhang(十三行),they are very famous fasion wholesale markets arond the Asion.
About making your own design,I think you have to contact the fasion factory and ask them for the price.
