Ms.M(Philippines ) replied:

Dear Ms Helper,

Thanks a lot for the information. It really helped me. My first problem was solved.

Another trouble that bothers me a lot now. Last Friday, we went to the Department of Foreign Expert Affairs office to apply for the working permit. I had all the documents needed, as well as, the school's papers.

I am an Education graduate and have teaching experiences. In fact, I worked here for 2 years already as an English teacher. At that time, the school provided me working visa. I left that school for some reason. As of now, I am holding a business visa, the one that I asked you first about the overstaying issue.

I have been told from there that I need to go home to my country to process the working permit.

What shall I do? As much as possible I don't like to go home. It's a waste of time and money.

Please give me some advise on what is the best thing to solve this problem without leaving here.

I will wait for your reply.

More power!

God bless!

Ms M

Now, I hear the China visa regulations tightens because of the upcoming Asian Games, it is not easy to get a work visa within Mainland China, you can ask your school to help you to get the Work Permit and visa notification letter to you, then go to Hong Kong to apply for China work visa, it is very near to Shenzhen, you won't costs much.

Hello, If you have all the documents, you shold not go home to apply for a work visa, you can change your F business visa to Z work visa without leaving China. and it need 11 working days before your visa expiration date. Any questions or trouble about visa, you can connect me.
