About:Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria

Hello, I am a Bulgarian citizen living in the US, currently holding an F-1 student visa. Am I allowed to apply for a tourist, or business visa in a Chinese consulate in the US? Thank you in advance.

You can apply visa to China through Chinese embassy or consulates in US.
