About:China Business Visa

I am currently working on project in China and holding a F-Visa. The project has undrgone several dealys, now my total time on mainland could exceed 6-7 months if I do not manage carefully.

Will I be subject to Income taxes if I go beyond 183 days in China, or does this only apply to Work-Residnet Visas?

Mr.Dale, if you need to stay longer in China, you should get your visa extended, otherwise, you will get in trouble to pay penalty about 5000RMB for that, and it will do bad for your china visa next time.

Hi, Now maybe it is very hard to extend your F visa. You can apply for a Z visa, then you can stay here for one year without leaving China mainland. And If you have any questions abou visa, consult me.

Monica, How do I reach you? My F-Visa is for one year, I can have no problme with that lenght of time. My issue is about taxes - if I stay longer than six months, must I pay taxes in China although my income is derived from the US? If I am willing to mange that complexity, will my company be impacted in any way?
Thans You,
dale
