From Macau to hong Kong, you can not take Star Ferry, only Turbo Jet, Cotai Jet or New World First Ferry are available.1. There is no entrance fee for the peak, you would only need to pay for the Peak Tram and the ticket of Madame Tussauds.2. You can take the Peak Tram or Bus 1 or 15 down the hill and then take star ferry at Sheung Wan Ferry Terminal to Tsim Sha Tsui and walk to Avenue of Stars.3. You can take Bus 7, 8, 9, 2C, 208, 271 or 81C to get there.4. There is direct bus service from the hotel to HKIA. It costs around HKD130 for around 1 hour.
