a package deal trip? You need inquiry your trip agency first. if they are not able to provide you a visa to China, you need to apply in person through Chinese embassy in NZ.

Hey Kim, if planning to visit the Mainland/China you will need a Visa...if u fly to HK they will ask anyway if you your visa is set...get a tourist visa for 1month if your jst planning to come 4 days...if this is your first time to china they will give you one for 1month with 1entry, cos its ur first time...good luck with it all ;)
