About:Xian Travel

Hi! Please advice where can I catch a bus in Xian to Wudangshan?
If not mistaken there is a highway from Xian to Wudangshan take about 3.5 hours.
Is there any bus go direct to Wudangshan using the highway?
Where can I catch this bus and what is the time schedule, prices?

I have check there is no direct train from Xian to Wudangshan.

If I were to arrived Chengdu airport at 22:40, can I manage to catch thte train to Shiyan at 23:49? Is it enough time to rush to the train station?

You should go Xian Bus Station to take the highway bus to Wudangshan. The bus directly to Wudangshan departs at 08:00 and 15；00. It costs about CNY100 per person.
You may not catch the train with one hour.

Sara is right, there are highway buses runing between Xian and Wudangshan, which takes about 5 hours and around 130 Yuan a ticket.

Thanks Ms Sara and Mr Kiki.
Since it is so trouble to go to Wudangshan, I have changed my mind to go to Huashan and Zhong nan shan/Chui Huashan.
Any advice on that?

Hello! I planning study in Xi'an International language university, I were to arrived airport at 20.40 28/08/2010, can you recommend, how can I get to hostel near by Xi'an university, becouse registration start 29/08, and need i book hostel in advance?

Hi Daniyar, a little confused by your questions. Do you mean the Xi'an International Studies University? If so, it has two campuses, one in downtown area and another one in Chang'an District.

Since you will arrive at the airport late at night, it is suggested that you stay one night in city center and then leave for the university next morning by bus easily. After arrive at the airport, please go to take shuttle bus Line 1 and get off at its terminal close to the Drum Tower. Here, you could find many economical hotel, such as Melody Hotel, Home Inn and Youth Hostel. Anyway, please make reservation in advance.

On the next day, just at the bus stations around the Bell Tower,you could take bus 600路区间 to the Chang'an District Campus directly around one hour. For the downtown campus on Chang'an Road, many buses for your use, such as 600, 603, 215, 239, 229... The bus station is called 吴家坟.
